Pretty good most of the time. But this day they didn’t clean the wings properly and left so many feathers on the wings. Unappetizing and disgusted
When you enter establishment there is no one up front, when a employee finally comes around they just stare at you with no greeting. Employees make it awkward when ordering or picking up to go since there is no initial “hello” from the cashier but a blank face that makes the whole ordering process uncomfortable since it feels like you are bothering them. Poor customer service. Aside from the negative attitude, the food is served cold and overall experience does NOT want to make you order again from this restaurant.
It was ok.. went to try their chicken sandwiches and as for my experience was not good. The bread was hard, dried. No Mayo, No Mustard just 4 Pickles I ordered the lemon pepper was just disappointed. You don't get full at all and fries were extremely salty. I wish they still had the potato salad have in mind this is NO chicfila they try but NOPE. You got no condiments so I ate the chicken by itself. I tried it with ranch dressing all it did was absorb it. Tried the nacho cheese just didn't give it justice. If that burger had a nicer presintation it taste better. But I won't eat that anymore and stick to their usual Wings with Bone... for a $8.99 +tax dry sandwich totally Not worth it. Sorry, Not Sorry

Asked for ESPN on one of the TVs to watch Football championship selection - NOPE. Asked 3 times. Said they couldn't because if they changed 1 tv it would be on all the channels. Really??? In a place like this ESPN can't be watched.

personally I’m not a picky eater when it comes to wings but this has been one of my worst experience with wing stop… the wings were dryer than ever and the fries were broken , small,burnt and unseasoned.
Time after time, the food is the only good thing about this place. Service is almost always bare minimum, the staff is “always right”, and worst of all, orders are super delayed if you have any custom instructions at all (all drums, etc). Avoid eating in, as usually-obnoxious front staff are either overwhelmed and/or extremely busy with orders and explaining why the orders aren’t what you wanted. Just not worth it anymore.
Food and atmosphere were fine. Young cashiers need some people skills and courtesy training. But, still a good place to go.
Food: flavor is what you would expect from wingstop. Things that stands out in this place is it’s overcooked and they dont take the time to drain the oil. Service and the atmosphere on my experience is where i am bothered. They have a staff that doesn’t smile, with his eyebrow up on the forehead , looks at you with a straight face and ask what you want. Maybe i can let go of that, but the disturbing thing is that this male is allowed to use the female restroom freely. I dont know what given right you have thinking you’re entitled to do as such. My wife did not feel safe using the restroom with this confused person. We left the place and not returning is how i solved this matter. Not worth making a scene. I have nothing against gay people cause I also have relatives that are gay but they dont behave that way cause they still respect women’s privacy.
